Postpartum Care That Actually Helps You Heal

No matter how you give birth, your recovery deserves more than tea and candles.

We created Coco Birth Box to cover the real essentials for postpartum healing — the pads, pants, ice packs, and the honest truths no one tells you.
Thoughtfully curated to reduce waste, and designed by a real mum who's been there.

We’re done sugarcoating postpartum.

We’re on a mission to give new mums what they really need after birth — the things no one warns you about.
Not fluff. Not filler. Just practical recovery tools, emotional support, and raw honesty — so you can feel seen, supported, and prepared.

Every Coco Birth Box you buy supports our long-term goal: making honest postpartum care the standard, not the exception.

Real Recovery Support for New Mums

Most postpartum boxes come with herbal teas and candles. That’s lovely — but when you're trying to sit down without wincing, or wondering why you’re still bleeding this much, lovely isn’t always enough.

Postpartum recovery can be intense, and no one really prepares you for it.
That’s why we made Coco Birth Box — to help you feel supported, held, and just a little more ready for what’s ahead.

Inside, you’ll find:

  • Maternity underwear that keeps everything in place when your body feels unfamiliar

  • Instant ice packs to soothe swelling and soreness

  • Maternity pads for the leaks and the healing

  • A quick-start recovery guide with practical tips on how to use each item and what to expect in those early days

These aren’t luxury extras. They’re the things you’ll wish you had within reach. They help you feel more at peace, heal more comfortably, and focus on the new life you’re holding — including your own.

How it all started

The idea for Coco Birth Box came to me during my own postpartum recovery after having my daughter, nicknamed Coco.

In those early days of motherhood, I felt overwhelmed and completely unprepared for the physical and emotional toll that followed birth. Despite being surrounded by support for my baby, there was almost nothing for me. The silence around recovery was deafening.

I remember opening a free baby sample pack I’d been given during a midwife appointment — full of nappies, creams, and wipes. All great. But not one thing for the person who’d just given birth.

That moment planted the seed.

I began making care boxes for friends who were about to give birth — filled with the things I wished I’d had. I wanted them to feel supported, more informed, and a little more ready for what might come.

Coco Birth Box has grown since then, but the heart of it remains the same:
To help new mums feel acknowledged, prepared, and gently cared for during one of the most vulnerable and powerful transitions of their lives.

Every mother deserves that.
